The Meditation & Imagination Away Retreat course fees are specified below and are inclusive of teachings, meals and accommodation for the weekend. Please note that payment is required in full to reserve your place on the retreat.
On-Site Accommodation (Noonaweena)
Treetops Private Executive Suite: $1,199 for two people – SOLD OUT
Twin/Double shared room with private bathroom: $489 per person
Triple shared room with private bathroom: $429 per person
No accommodation (whole retreat): $199 per person
No accommodation (Sat Only): $109 per person
A 10% discount applies to the above prices for KMC Sydney Members.
On-Site Treetops Private Executive Suite
The Treetops Private Executive Suite incorporates a luxurious king sized bedroom (note that the bed may be split into 2 king singles if desired), private lounge, ensuite bathroom and private decking area with spa. The cost of this option is inclusive of accommodation, teachings & meals for 2 people for the weekend. Please specify the name of your room mate at the time of booking. Use of the executive suite is limited to a maximum of 2 people.
On-Site Twin/Double & Triple Shared Rooms
All twin/double & triple rooms have their own private bathroom. If selecting this option the room must be occupied by 2 or 3 adults respectively. Please specify the name of your room mate(s) at the time of booking; they will need to make a separate twin/triple room booking and name you as the person they are sharing with. If you wish to book a twin or triple share room and would like us to allocate a roommate for you please indicate this on the booking form.
No Accommodation Option (Whole Weekend)
For those who wish to arrange their own accommodation please select this option which is inclusive of meals and teachings only. (If you would like help finding local accommodation don’t hesitate to get in touch!)
No Accommodation Option (Saturday Only)
For those who are able to attend only for the Saturday please select the Saturday Only option which is inclusive of lunch, dinner and Saturday teachings only.
The retreat will be held at Noonaweena Resort, 1442 George Downes Dr, Kulnura 2250. Note that a shuttle service is not available for this retreat so please arrange your own transportation to and from the venue. For those who plan to travel by car parking is available on-site. See Google Map.
Note that Noonaweena Resort does not allow arrivals before 4pm on Friday, 1 Mar, we therefore recommend an arrival time between 4-7:30pm for registration. Please keep in mind that the area may be unfamiliar to you and the roads are dark at night so please aim to arrive prior to sunset to make your journey easier.
Angel Sussurri Hotel
Off-site accommodation is at Angel Sussurri Hotel, approximately 15 minutes drive from Noonaweena. Note that we are unable to offer transfers to and from your hotel so please bring your own car. See Google Map.
The course fee includes the cost of all meals, (breakfast, lunch and dinner). All meals served throughout this event will be vegan – and delicious! If you would like the gluten free meal option please indicate this at the time booking (there is a small additional surcharge associated with this). Please note that we are unable to cater for any special dietary requirements other than these.
The retreat timetable is yet to be finalised at this stage, however the weekend will begin with dinner and an introduction on Friday evening. The first retreat session on Saturday and Sunday will be after breakfast (most likely at 9am) with the final retreat session on Saturday likely ending at 9pm. The weekend will come to an end with lunch on Sunday. The final retreat timetable will be confirmed in your formal confirmation letter 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
The meditation sessions will generally be 1 hour long with time in-between sessions for relaxing and exploring. People will be seated in chairs during meditation sessions.
Mobile Phone Access
Mobile phone access at Noonaweena Resort is very poor.
Note that some areas of the Noonaweena site are quite hilly, and as such some of the accommodation may be difficult to access if you have problems with mobility. For more information about this please get in touch by phone (9699 9902) or email (email@example.com).
You will receive a payment receipt by email shortly after submitting your booking. Closer to the date of the event you will be sent a formal confirmation letter containing the event timetable and more detailed information about the weekend.
Up to 75% of the course fee may be refunded if you cancel your booking by Friday, 15 February. All cancellations are required to be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
