One Day Meditation Courses

Explore a specific topic in more detail at one of our monthly one-day meditation courses at the Surry Hills Temple. We hold 11 one-day courses throughout the year.

Learn to Meditate

Learn the essential tools of meditation and feel inspired to start your own meditation practice at home in this short morning meditation course.

Meditation Retreats

Get away from it all and connect with your inner peace. We hold one-day retreats at the Temple as well as general away retreats, silent retreats and Buddhist retreats throughout the year.

Urban Meditation Retreat

Vajrasattva Retreat
