Increase your happiness, improve your concentration and enjoy the stillness and clarity of your own mind at this one-day meditation course with visiting guest Teacher and Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dornying:

• Discover the power of your own mind to create your experiences
• Learn how to meditate on the mind itself
• Uncover the depths of peace the lies within
• Use your understanding of the mind to transform your everyday experience

Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. During the day you will receive practical teachings on the topic of happiness and the mind. The course will also include short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively. In the last session of the day there will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Dornying is an experienced Buddhist Teacher who has been training in Buddhism for over 156years. Ordained as a Buddhist monk in 2004, Dornying is well-loved for his practical and uplifting teachings, the warmth of his humour and his down-to earth manner. We are delighted to welcome Dornying to Sydney to teach this day course.
