TEACHER

The teacher of this class is Lia Gasparro. Lia has been practising meditation for 14 years. Through her natural warmth, sincerity and deep appreciation for meditation and Buddhism, Lia communicates the joy that we can experience by applying Buddha’s teachings to our daily life.
