Love can give rise to great happiness, but all to often it seems to lead to pain and suffering. At this special, one-day course, join visiting guest Teacher Gen Kelsang Dornying as he explains:

• How it is possible to love without pain
• Where pain in relationships comes from
• Why pure love can’t make us hurt
• Practical methods to overcome limiting views towards others
• How to enjoy stable, long-lasting and harmonious relationships with others

Everybody is welcome to join this special event. This course is going to be a great introduction for those who are new to Buddhist teachings and will give you practical tools to transform all your relationships whether it be with your partner, friends and family, colleagues or simply the people you come into contact with on a day-to-day basis.

The Teacher

The Teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Dornying a Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia and Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne. Having taught meditation and Buddhism for over 13 years, Gen Dornying is well loved for his humour, warmth and down-to-earth teachings. Gen Dornying communicates the profound meaning of Buddha’s teachings in a way that is clear, practical, relatable and easy to apply to our own life circumstances.
