Join Buddhist nun and teacher, Kelsang Lhachog, at Campbelltown Arts Centre for a life-changing public talk.

Within each of us exists the power to be permanently happy, profoundly peaceful and deeply joyful. Join special guest speaker, Kelsang Lhachog, as she explains how to use the power of meditation to tap into this potential for lasting happiness and make every moment of our life joyful, meaningful and rewarding. Open to everyone, this special public talk will give practical tools to solve daily problems, overcome painful feelings and get the most out of all our experiences.

The Teacher

The Teacher of this course is Kelsang Lhachog, the Resident Teacher at the Kadampa World Peace Temple in Surry Hills. With over 20 years experience in meditation, Lhachog explains Buddha’s teachings in a way that is practical, clear and easy to apply to our daily life.
