Step-by-Step Meditations to Perfect Happiness

Thu 25 – Mon 29 Jan

Make progress on the path to perfect happiness with this step-by-step guided retreat with Buddhist nun Kelsang Lhachog.

The Retreat Topic

Lamrim is a special set of meditation instructions that guide us from a state of suffering to the perfect happiness of enlightenment. By meditating on Lamrim we can solve our daily problems, deepen our experience of inner peace and make genuine progress on the spiritual path. During this retreat, Kelsang Lhachog will explain the key stages of the Buddhist path to enlightenment in conjunction with the book How to Understand the Mind by Meditation Master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. This retreat is a special opportunity to take Buddha’s teachings (dharma) to heart and gain personal experience of the liberating states of mind that Buddha himself realised.
