Amitayus Retreat

Sat 18 & Sun 19 Feb

This retreat is a wonderful opportunity to increase life span, merit and wisdom through relying on Buddha Amitayus.

Retreat Description

We all would like a long and healthy life but we need wisdom to see how to use our life in the most meaningful way. We also need merit, or good fortune, to give our mind the strength to support our spiritual development.

We can develop these qualities by relying upon Amitayus, the Buddha of long life, merit and wisdom. We can also use this practice to help remove obstacles endangering the lives of others, especially our close friends and family.

Each session consists of chanted prayers sung in English and silent mantra recitation. Those attending the final session of the retreat will receive long life pills. You are welcome to drop in for any or all of the retreat sessions and there is no charge.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy this special opportunity.
