What to expect at a meditation class in Balmain

Each week, explore a different aspect of Buddhist wisdom and be guided in a breathing meditation as well as a meditation related to the topic.

No need to book – drop in any week. These classes are suitable for beginners or experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

The Teacher

The teacher of this class is Katrina Stucki. With over 15 years’ experience in teaching meditation, Katrina explains Buddha’s teaching with great kindness, warmth and humility and shows us how to practically apply these teachings to the real-world situations we encounter in our daily life.
