Our weekly Bondi meditation class includes two guided meditations and a teaching. Drop in any week for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom. No need to book. Come to any class within a course topic, each class is stand alone.

Kelsang Jangsem teaches the main GP class at our Redfern Centre and other classes around the Sydney area. He has been practising meditation and Buddhism since 1997 and presents Buddha’s teachings in a light and inspiring manner, showing through his example how to incorporate Buddha’s teachings into daily life.
