Bondi Meditation Class

Our weekly Bondi meditation class includes two guided meditations and a teaching. Drop in any week for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom.

Please join us at our temporary venue Wairoa Hall (rear of Bondi Toy Library) while our regular venue, Bondi Beach Pavilion, is renovated. Wairoa Hall is just a 5 min walk from the Pavilion. Enter via the Bondi Beach Playgroups gate on Wairoa Avenue.

What to expect at a class: Bondi Meditation Class

Discover practical methods to solve your everyday problems such as overcoming stress and anxiety, and enjoy harmonious relationships and a happy sense of self.

Learn how to meditate in a way that is enjoyable and actively builds inner strength, contentment and peace of mind.

Each week, explore a different aspect of Buddhist wisdom and be guided in a breathing meditation as well as a meditation related to the topic.

No need to book – drop in any week. These Bondi meditation classes are suitable for beginners or experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

The Teacher

The teacher of the Bondi Beach meditation class is Kate Barker. Kate has been practising Buddhist meditation for over 15 years. Through her teachings she shares the clarity, peace and happiness we can gain from training our mind.

There’s plenty of free 2 hour parking along these streets – within a ten minute stroll to Bondi Meditation Class venue.
