To ensure the most meaningful experience for all participants, parents agree to attend the class and to remove their child from the class if they become disengaged or disruptive to other students and parents.
Parents recognise that there are physical hazards at the centre and agree to supervise their children at all times whilst at the centre. Should an accident occur the supervising parent will make all care decisions and absolve KMC Sydney of any liability occurring as a result of the incident or accident. All accidents or incidents should be immediately reported to the Admin Director.
Parents understand that KMC Sydney abides by a Safeguarding Policy a copy of which is available from the Designated Safeguarding Officer (Admin Director) upon request.
Parents agree to remedy any damage to centre property to the satisfaction of the Admin Director in an agreed timeframe.
All signage and instructions provided by centre volunteers should be observed at all times.
