Stop Worrying,

Start Living

Campbelltown

Sat 17 Feb @ 7pm

Join us on Saturday 17 February - 7:00pm to meditate in Campbelltown Uniting Church for this special one off Saturday Night Lecture -
Stop Worrying, Start Living.

Description

We spend so much of our lives worrying!

Worry is a mental response to things we have little or no control over, however no amount of worry or stress can solve the actual problem, or stop things happening that we do not want, it only makes things worse.

If we were to respond to difficult situations with a positive or peaceful mind they would not be problems for us. Instead of feeling anxious we would feel calm, clear and happy, regardless of the circumstances.

At this lecture taught by Buddhist monk Kelsang Jangsem, you will learn to overcome worry and anxiety and enjoy the quality of life that can only come from inner peace.

Kelsang Jangsem

Kelsang Jangsem is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Sydney. He has been practising meditation and Buddhism since 1997 and he brings much experience of teaching Kadam Dharma in a warm, kind and inclusive style. We are delighted to have his knowledge, experience and warm heartedness at KMC Sydney.
