Our weekly CBD meditation class includes two guided meditations and a teaching. Drop in any week for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom. No need to book. Come to any class within a course topic, each class is stand alone.

What to expect at a meditation class in the CBD
Experience the benefits of meditation for yourself through these practical classes that emphasise guided meditation. Each week we focus on a different meditation, cycling through a series of three topics:
Reduce stress: Relax your body and mind with guided meditations that use mindfulness of the breath to give rise to a spacious and peaceful feeling, and an experience of contentment and wellbeing.
Clarity of mind: Explore three profound meditations on the nature of the mind. Generate an experience of mental clarity that will last beyond your meditation and enable you to maintain a flexible and light mind.
Improve relationships: Strengthen your good heart, kindness and compassion with three meditations that bring peace and harmony to your relationships with others – at work and at home.
Drop in any week – each class is self-contained and includes practical advice on how to improve your concentration and gain a deep experience of meditation.

The Teacher
The teacher of our CBD Meditation Class is Buddhist teacher Jo Whatley. As well as being a keen meditator, Jo has had many years’ experience in managing teams in a high pressure environment – and so is well-placed to guide busy working people to refresh their minds and find clarity through meditation.

Our CBD Meditation Classes are COVID Safe. Please do not attend if you or anyone you live with (or have close contact with) has developed COVID symptoms (in particular coughing, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath), is awaiting COVID test results or has been diagnosed with COVID within the last 14 days.
