Workshop Format
Over two sessions (both one and a quarter hours long), you’ll receive teachings on how to develop authentic self confidence, and be guided through a series of meditations to deepen your experience of this confidence. You’ll have the opportunity to have your questions answered by a Buddhist nun and teacher with many years of meditation experience. A delicious home-made morning tea will be served in the break to give you time to relax and absorb the teachings. Everyone is welcome.

The Teacher
Gen Kelsang Lhachog, the Resident Teacher at KMC Sydney will teach this workshop. With 25 years’ experience in meditation, Gen Lhachog explains Buddha’s teachings with sincerity and kindness, in a way that is clear and easy to apply to our daily life.
