Teachings on the Supreme Good Heart of Bodhichitta
13-15 Sep · Berowra Valley National Park
Everybody wants to be good natured with a good heart.
At this life-changing regional weekend, senior teachers from NSW and ACT will explain how each of us can manifest our pure heart of love and transform every moment of our life into a cause of benefitting others.
Don’t miss this precious opportunity to enjoy a spiritual break with other Buddhist practitioners from our region. Learn how to become a modern day Bodhisattva, a friend of the world. Feel refreshed and renewed and go home feeling uplifted, refreshed and inspired to bring happiness to everyone you meet.
Starting with dinner followed by an Introductory Talk on Friday evening, the weekend will incorporate teachings, guided meditations and chanted prayers. There will be plenty of breaks to enjoy the beauty of the location, and the activities available at the venue including kayaking, swimming, bushwalking or simply relaxing with a book. The weekend will finish after lunch on Sunday. Meals will be delicious vegetarian meals with gluten-free and vegan options available.
