Everyone experiences fear and worry at times, from fear of what others think of us, to fear of failure, or worry about things going wrong at home or at work. These can easily turn into anxiety which intensifies our mental pain. When fear and anxiety take over, we feel overwhelmed and paralysed, unable to move ahead with the clarity of purpose and effectiveness we all wish for.
Buddha’s wisdom contains an accessible and useful explanation of the underlying causes of these feelings. Understanding this gives us the power to enjoy mental freedom and genuine inner strength. Learn how we can liberate ourself from the crippling mind of fear and move on with courage and confidence.

Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. During the day you will receive practical teachings. The course will also include short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively. In the last session of the day there will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.

The Teacher

The Teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Lhachog, the Resident Teacher at the KMC Sydney in Surry Hills. With over 20 years experience in meditation, Gen Lhachog explains Buddha’s teachings in a way that is practical, clear and easy to apply to our daily life.
