Don’t miss this inspiring evening with Gen Kelsang Rabten in the CBD, as he explains how we can make meditation a part of our modern daily life, and lead a truly happy life.

Everybody is welcome to attend this public talk. It will be a great introduction for those who are new to Buddhist teachings, and will give you the tools and insights you need to experience happiness in your everyday life, right now.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Rabten is the National Spiritual Director for Kadampa Buddhism in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Teaching internationally for over 25 years, he is well loved for the sincerity of his practice and the clarity and humour of his teachings. This is a rare opportunity to hear him speak, so please book early as this will be a popular event.

Getting to the Venue

Entry to SMC Conference & Function Centre
Please enter the building via the Castlereagh St entrance which will take you directly to the reception foyer for this event. If you require wheelchair access please use the Goulburn St entrance from which you can access the 1st floor via a lift.

Arriving by car
The Secure World Square Car Park (50 Goulburn St), and Secure Goulburn Street Car Park (101 Goulburn St) are both a short 2 min walk away from the venue.
