Oral Instructions of Mahamudra

Accomplishing the Real Meaning of Human Life
Summer Festival Review & Retreat
17–18 Aug

A Special Weekend

Join us for a very special weekend of teachings and guided meditations. Gen Kelsang Lhachog, our Resident Teacher, will convey the teachings given by Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong and Gen-la Kelsang Jampa at the New Kadampa Tradition’s Summer Festival 2019.

Abiding at the Heart

Be empowered with this extraordinary yet essential advice for abiding blissfully at your heart. The teachings will focus on how to prepare the mind for Mahamudra meditation, how to gather our inner winds into the central channel at the heart channel wheel, and how to accomplish the actual Mahamudra, the union of great bliss and emptiness.

Pure Lineage

These precious teachings are derived from the instructions of the Ganden Oral Lineage.

The Teacher

The Teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Lhachog, the Resident Teacher at the KMC Sydney in Surry Hills. With over 20 years experience in meditation, Gen Lhachog explains Buddha’s teachings in a way that is practical, clear and easy to apply to our daily life.
