Create a Meditation Space at Home

Saturday Afternoon Workshop

Sat 19 Mar · In-Person

‘If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness.

“Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.”

Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in How to Transform Your Life

Come along to this interactive afternoon workshop to find out everything you need to know about setting up a meditation space at home – so you can make meditation a delightful and precious part of your daily life.

We’ll step you through how to integrate a meditation spot into your home, and you can chat to a qualified teacher about when and how long it’s best to meditate for. You’ll leave with everything you need to create a qualified meditation shrine that will bring Buddha’s blessings into your home.

Everybody is welcome to attend this workshop, regardless of experience.
You will receive practical teachings on inspiration and encouragement from a Buddhist perspective, and practical demonstrations on how to set up a meditation space and shrine at home.
