Meditation & Buddhism Classes

These Monday night meditation classes in Epping include two guided meditations and a teaching. Drop in any week for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom. No need to book.

Mondays 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Josette Tredrea teaches the Monday night class in Epping. She has been practising meditation and Buddhism for more than 20 years and uses this experience in her daily life in her career and as a wife, mother and grandmother.

Simply Meditate Classes

These half hour Wednesday morning classes in Epping rotate through 9 meditations focused on relaxation, a clear mind and developing our kind heart.  Drop in any week.  No need to book.

Wednesdays 11:00am – 11:30am

The teacher of the Epping Simply Meditate Class is Kelsang Malaya. Malaya is a Buddhist nun who has been practicing under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for more than 14 years.  She teaches with warmth and humility.
