Join us for a morning of tranquility – meditating on how we can develop greater peace of mind, happiness and improve our relationships with others.
Over three 1 hour sessions we will go on a journey to discover the healing power of cherishing others. Spending some time loosening the power that our self centred mind has on us and learning how if we start to cherish others more we will become happier and more peaceful.
