Classes streamed live on this topic on Mondays 1, 8, 15 & 22 June. Each class is repeated the following Saturday.

At times, we all have difficult people to deal with. Other people’s behaviour can seem irrational, unreasonable and very difficult to accept.

It can seem impossible to improve challenging relationships, and we can end up feeling trapped in our negative responses and unhealthy situations.

Through meditation, we can learn to perceive ourself and others completely differently. This gives us the freedom to resolve difficult relationships, become more tolerant and accepting, and easily develop real love and respect for others.
