Everyone has the power to be happy all the time. We simply need to know how to develop this power, by learning to control our mind through meditation.
Week 1
Learn to distinguish temporary pleasures from real happiness, a deep and stable inner peace arising from wisdom.

Understanding the power of our own mind to create the darkness and the beauty we experience is the first step to harnessing this power.

Week 3
Train in mindfulness and other mental factors, so that you are able to direct your mind towards happy states of being.

Binding our mind to virtue and love is a proven method for experiencing happiness always.
