Glebe Meditation Class

Our weekly Glebe meditation class will include two guided meditations and a teaching. Drop in any week for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom. No need to book. Come to any class within a course topic, each class is stand alone.

The Teacher

Kelsang Jangsem is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Sydney. He has been practising meditation and Buddhism since 1997 and he brings much experience of teaching Kadam Dharma in a warm, kind and inclusive style. We are delighted to have his knowledge, experience and warm heartedness at KMC Sydney.
