Be guided through a simple yet powerful meditation inspired by the teachings of Buddha, that gives rise to an experience of mental peace and wellbeing.

Meditation is most effective as a daily practice, but if we notice that we are anxious and do not have the space to think clearly, it can help us to relax and find an inner stillness.

A new meditation is uploaded 1pm every Wednesday.

Our classes are COVID Safe. Please do not attend if you have any COVID symptom (in particular coughing, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath), if you are awaiting COVID test results or if you or a close contact have been diagnosed with COVID within the last 14 days. Current regulations require that we wear masks while inside the centre.
