Meditation is the actual method to deeply relax our own mind. At this one-day workshop, learn accessible meditation techniques that will lead you to reliable and profound depths of inner peace. Bring peace of mind into your busy modern life, and let go over worries and discontent.

Everybody is welcome to attend this workshop, regardless of experience. You will receive practical teachings, as well as short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.

The Teacher

The teacher of this workshop is Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana. Through her joyful and loving aspect, Dana is able to communicate the essential aspects of meditation and Buddhism in a way that makes people feel confident, uplifted and encouraged.
