Our weekly Manly meditation class includes two guided meditations and a teaching. Drop in any week for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom. No need to book. Come to any class within a course topic, each class is stand alone.

Fully accessible venue

This class is easily accessible with 2 hours free parking in the Whistler St carpark. Level 4 has a stairway directly to the venue.

What to expect at a meditation class in Manly

Discover practical methods to solve your everyday problems such as overcoming stress and anxiety, and enjoy harmonious relationships and a happy sense of self. Learn how to meditate in a way that is enjoyable and actively builds inner strength, contentment and peace of mind.

Each week, explore a different aspect of Buddhist wisdom and be guided in a breathing meditation as well as a meditation related to the topic.

No need to book – drop in any week. These classes are suitable for beginners or experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

The Teacher

The teacher of the Manly meditation class is Rebecca Buchanan. Rebecca has been meditating for over 20 years, as well as enjoying a busy professional life, travel and everything Sydney has to offer.

Our Manly Meditation Classes are COVID Safe. Please do not attend if you or anyone you live with (or have close contact with) has developed COVID symptoms (in particular coughing, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath), is awaiting COVID test results or has been diagnosed with COVID within the last 14 days.
