Meditate in Manly

Manly has two classes a week. On Mondays a Meditation & Buddhism class that includes two guided meditations and a teaching, and on Saturdays a 30-min Simply Meditate class that rotates through 9 meditations focusing on relaxation, a clear mind and developing a kind heart. Drop in any week for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom. Come to any class within a course topic. These classes are suitable for beginners or experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
