Our Marrickville Simply Meditate class will includes a simple guided meditation with instructions. Drop in any week for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom. No need to book. Come to any class, each class is stand alone.

The Teacher

The teacher of this class is Katrina Stucki. With over 15 years’ experience in teaching meditation, Katrina explains Buddha’s teaching with great kindness, warmth and humility and shows us how to practically apply these teachings to the real-world situations we encounter in our daily life.

Drop in any week – each class is self-contained and includes practical advice on how to improve your concentration and gain a deep experience of meditation.
