Macarthur

In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

No meditation experience is necessary, classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

The class is located in Workshop 1 of Campbelltown Arts Centre on Art Gallery Road.

Price

The cost of the class is $15. There is no need to book. Unfortunately there are no EFTPOS facilities available.

Mondays from 24 February to 9 March

We live with a backdrop of mental discomfort. Meditation enables us to let go of mental unease and stress, making our mind naturally clear and refreshed.

TEACHER
The teacher of this course is Natalie Cella. A Buddhist practitioner and meditator for over 9 years, Natalie explains with warmth, good humour and sincerity how we can become happier through taking Buddha’s teachings to heart.
