What to expect at a class

Learn how to become a confident and experienced meditator through these classes that emphasise practical guided meditations.  Each week we focus on a different meditation, cycling through a series of nine topics:

Relaxation: Be guided through three simple breathing meditations that give rise to an experience of mental peace and wellbeing. 

Clear Mind: Explore three profound meditations on the mind from the Mahamudra tradition that enable us to experience mental clarity and discover our own potential for deep lasting peace and happiness. 

Kind Heart: Improve and strengthen your love and compassion with three meditations that enrich the heart, bringing greater peace and harmony to our relationships with others.

You can drop in any week as each class is self-contained and includes practical advice on how to improve your concentration and gain a deep experience of meditation.

TEACHER
The teacher of this course is Natalie Cella. A Buddhist practitioner and meditator for over nine years, Natalie explains with warmth, good humour and sincerity how we can become happier through taking Buddha’s teachings to heart.
