Over coming months, we will receive commentary to Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book The Mirror of Dharma with Additions.

In this book, Geshe-la explains as practical instructions the complete path to enlightenment, based on his deep experience gained from a lifetime spent in meditation.

You will receive heartfelt advice on how to engage successfully in daily meditation, as well as instructions that clarify important aspects of spiritual practice.

Everyone is welcome regardless of your experience. No need to book. Come to any class, each class is stand alone.

In this class Buddhist teacher, Nat Cella will recap all of the Initial Scope meditations preparing us to move on to the meditations of the Middle Scope with Gen Rabten next week.
