Drop in any week – each class is self-contained and includes practical advice on how to improve your concentration and gain a deep experience of meditation.

The teacher of this class is Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana. Through her joyful and loving aspect, Dana is able to communicate the essential points of meditation and Buddhism in a way that makes people feel confident, uplifted and encouraged.
