Meditation & Modern Buddhism: Classes Across Sydney
Is reality what it seems? Or could there be a more profound way of understanding things? What if our understanding of reality is mistaken, and gaining a correct understanding would solve all our problems?
In his profound teachings on the true nature of things Buddha explains that everything is appearing to us in a mistaken way – like an hallucination. Until we understand this, we can’t feel truly at ease in the world. We will keep chasing mirages and jumping at shadows. By opening our mind to the true nature of all things – including the emptiness of our own self – we can start to live lightly, with the flexibility of mind to respond to every situation in a constructive way. Everything will become easy, comfortable and joyful. And we will come to experience a deep and lasting inner peace known as nirvana.
Join these weekly classes across Sydney and online to discover the way things really are – and how this knowledge, the deepest of all truths, is the key to a profound happiness.
