Resolving Conflict

A Buddhist Perspective

Sunday Morning Workshop

Available Online Now til Sun 20 Mar

If everyone were to practise cherishing others, many of the major problems of the world would be solved in a few years.

– Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Conflict is something all too common in our world. Generally instead of resolving conflict, we tend to run away from it or react in unhealthy ways, which exacerbates the problem.

Within Buddhism we find tried and tested methods for navigating our way through differences of opinion, tough times and conflict.

This Sunday morning workshop will be an opportunity to think deeply about the most effective solutions to conflict. The emphasis will be on resolving conflicts in our own lives – but the lessons are universally true.

Everybody is welcome to attend this workshop, regardless of experience. You will receive practical teachings on resolving conflict from a Buddhist perspective, as well as short guided meditations that will improve the strength and stability of your mind, and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively.
