Resolving Conflict

A Buddhist Perspective

Sunday Morning Workshop

Sun 13 Mar · In-Person & Online

There are many different situations where we experience conflict, and no personal or professional relationship is completely sunny. So knowing how to peacefully navigate our way through differences of opinion, tough times and conflict is necessary for a happy life.

With a few practical tools and by increasing our wisdom so we can keep a calm and stable mind and steer away from conflict, whether it’s at work, at home or with friends. We can then protect our self from the storm of painful feelings that we usually associate with conflict – and respond to others in the most constructive way.

Everybody is welcome to attend this workshop, regardless of experience. You will receive practical teachings on resolving conflict from a Buddhist perspective, as well as short guided meditations that will improve the strength and stability of your mind, and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively.
