A friendly and welcoming Buddhist centre offering meditation classes for all levels. Teachings are very clear and practical, with an emphasis on compassion and kindness. The centre also has a decent shop selling a good selection of Dharma texts and giftwares. Oh, and complimentary tea! Highly recommend 👍🏼🙏 🧘🏻♂️ 💕 🫖 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Wonderful space and environment to visit. Gen Lhachog gives very clear teachings and the rest of the residents are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
I am a long time attendee of the study programs and meditation courses at this centre. The centre is very peaceful with a wonderful prayer room of beautiful Buddhist statues with very qualified teachers giving teachings every day of the week. The community is very supportive in assisting you in growing your Buddhist meditation practice. I can't imagine my life without it.
I went to the Urban Meditation Retreat. 10/10. Really good teacher (Buddha;), facilities, food and vibes. I left feeling euphoric, thoughtful, and refreshed, with great tips and teachings on meditation and the mind. Words I will carry with me :

I decided to try meditation for the first time due to relationship issues / depression. Had my first session here tonight and it was amazingly powerful. Just what I needed! Will definitely be back.
A terrific day. The course was very well organised and the day ran smoothly. The contents of the course, which could be complicated at certain points, was explained in a simplific manner and was therefore easily understood. I just loved Kelsang Monlam's sense of humour; she is very easy to identify with and her down to earth manner made the day a delight.
I was wondering if anyone could give me insight to a Peaceful Mind in a Stressful World class. I'm writing an essay for Uni and would love to explore the features and traditions of the Kadampa Buddhism religion. If anyone could give me information of how the class is run, what is expected, how the setting is laid out e.g. music, pictures, etc. what is being asked of you, what actions are being done, etc that would be really great. Thanks in advance. 🙂
This centre is simply brilliant. Beautiful teachings from the most amazing people, as well as the generally friendliness from everyone there. It's very hard not to love it.
Gorgeous spiritual oasis! Drop your cares at the door. You can study the most moving profound Buddhist teachings, meet the loveliest people. The teachers and ordained are fantastic, the Resident Teacher is awesome!! A beautiful community. I've made lifelong friends and had the most wonderful, happy magical times here.
