The teacher of the Tuesday Simply Meditate Class is Camilla Martin. Camilla teaches our Simply Meditate class at the temple on Tuesday nights.  She loves sharing her practical understanding and experience of Buddha’s teachings with her students.

The teacher of the Saturday Simply Meditate Class is Rebecca Buchannan.  She has been practising meditation and Buddhism for more than 20 years and shows the example of integrating Buddha’s teachings into busy life in Sydney.

The teacher of the Epping Simply Meditate Class is Kelsang Malaya. Malaya is a Buddhist nun who has been practicing under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for more than 14 years.  She teaches with warmth and humility.

The teacher of our CBD Meditation Class is Buddhist teacher Lang Pan. Lang has been a student at Kadampa Meditation Centre Sydney and much loved Balmain assistant for many years. She is known for showing the example of cherishing others in daily life.

The teacher of this class is Katrina Stucki. With over 15 years’ experience in teaching meditation, Katrina explains Buddha’s teaching with great kindness, warmth and humility and shows us how to practically apply these teachings to the real-world situations.

Experience the benefits of meditation for yourself through these practical classes that emphasise guided meditation. Each week we focus on a different meditation, cycling through a series of three topics:

Reduce stress: Relax your body and mind with guided meditations that use mindfulness of the breath to give rise to a spacious and peaceful feeling, and an experience of contentment and wellbeing.

Clarity of mind: Explore three profound meditations on the nature of the mind. Generate an experience of mental clarity that will last beyond your meditation and enable you to maintain a flexible and light mind.

Improve relationships: Strengthen your good heart, kindness and compassion with three meditations that bring peace and harmony to your relationships with others – at work and at home.

Drop in any week – each class is self-contained and includes practical advice on how to improve your concentration and gain a deep experience of meditation.
