About the Course

Overthinking can feel exhausting. The mind keeps replaying conversations, worrying about the future, and analysing everything over and over, making it hard to switch off and enjoy life.

On this course you will learn:

  • Quiet mental chatter and feel more calm
  • Break free from repetitive thinking
  • Stop overanalysing and worrying so much
  • Develop a clearer, more peaceful mind
  • Feel happier and more present in daily life

Take some time to slow down, reset, and experience the peace that comes from a calmer mind. Everyone welcome.

Yes. The course explores practical meditation techniques that help calm mental busyness, improve focus and develop a more peaceful state of mind.

Can meditation help with anxiety and stress?

Many people find that overthinking contributes to stress and anxiety. While this course isn’t therapy or medical treatment, meditation can help you develop a calmer mind, reduce mental overwhelm, and respond to life’s challenges with greater confidence and perspective.

How do I stop overthinking?

Overthinking often comes from repeatedly analysing the past, worrying about the future, or trying to control situations beyond our control. During this course, you’ll learn practical meditation methods and Buddhist wisdom that help quiet mental chatter, reduce worry, and develop a calmer, more balanced mind.

I've tried meditation before and couldn't stop my thoughts. Will this help?

Many people think meditation means having a completely blank mind. In reality, meditation is about learning to relate to your thoughts differently. This course will help you understand why the mind wanders and teach practical methods for developing a calmer, more peaceful mind. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from visiting Buddhist nun Kelsang Monlam, who has been teaching meditation and Buddhism since 2008.
