We all have within us a tremendous capacity for strength and resilience that enables us to handle, with grace and courage, everything life throws at us. We can tap into this inner strength by learning to understand the workings of our mind. This journey of inner discovery offers an enlightening insight into how and why our mind sometimes trips us up, and guides us to cultivate special ways of thinking that bring an empowering experience of peace and perspective.

Join these weekly classes across Sydney and online to discover a genuine experience of inner strength that will dissolve worries, fears, anxiety and stress.

Meet Our Teachers

Our Resident Teacher

Gen Kelsang Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at KMC Sydney, and teaches our in-depth classes including Wednesday nights, and our Sunday meditation workshops. She is an Australian Buddhist nun who has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism with Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 25 years. Gen Lhachog is an inspiring example of Modern Buddhism in practice. She presents Buddha’s teachings with beautiful clarity, warmth and sincerity, skilfully guiding people from all walks of life to find inner peace and lasting happiness.
