Sutherland Meditation Class

Our weekly Sutherland meditation class includes two guided meditations and a teaching. Drop in any week for some inner peace, happiness and practical wisdom. No need to book. Come to any class within a course topic, each class is stand alone.

We all know the pain of anger and frustration. At these series of classes learn tried and tested methods to find freedom from these painful and destructive minds.

What to expect at a meditation class in Sutherland

Discover practical methods to solve your everyday problems such as overcoming stress and anxiety, and enjoy harmonious relationships and a happy sense of self.

Learn how to meditate in a way that is enjoyable and actively builds inner strength, contentment and peace of mind.

Each week, explore a different aspect of Buddhist wisdom and be guided in a breathing meditation as well as a meditation related to the topic.

No need to book – drop in any week. These classes are suitable for beginners or experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

The Teacher

The teacher of the Sutherland meditation class is Lia Gasparro. Lia has been practising meditation for 15 years. Through her natural warmth, sincerity and deep appreciation for meditation and Buddhism, Lia communicates the joy that we can experience by applying Buddha’s teachings to our daily life.

Our Sutherland Meditation Classes are COVID Safe. Please do not attend if you or anyone you live with (or have close contact with) has developed COVID symptoms (in particular coughing, sore throat, fever or shortness of breath), is awaiting COVID test results or has been diagnosed with COVID within the last 14 days.
