About the Course

Meditation is a powerful practice that provides effective solutions to both mental and physical ailments. With a regular practice of meditation, you will see steady improvement in your health and wellbeing.

In this course you will gain essential insights for your meditation practice by learning healing techniques to address anxiety, depression, loss and grief, loneliness and other painful mental states.

About the Teacher

Kelsang Jangsem is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Sydney. He has been practising meditation and Buddhism since 1997 and he brings much experience of teaching in a warm, kind and inclusive style. We are delighted to have his knowledge, experience and warm heartedness in Sydney.

What to Expect

Over two sessions, you’ll learn how to control your mind, rather than allowing it to control you.

You’ll have the opportunity to have your questions answered by a Buddhist monk and teacher with many years of meditation experience.

A delicious morning tea will be served in the break to give you time to relax, absorb the teachings and get to know each other.
