Wednesdays from 22 June

What is the ultimate, supreme goal of human life? We should ask ourself what we consider to be most important – what do we wish for, strive for or daydream about? We all want to live fully, but what does that mean and how can we get the most out of this life?

In this special series on Life & Death, receive commentary to Venerable Geshe-la’s book Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully – and discover how its precious wisdom can transform our life, our death, and our future.

Starting Wed 22 June, Buddhist teacher Kelsang Dana will explain how we can train in happiness – making our mind lighter and more flexible and content, and ridding ourself of mental negativity. We will explore how to integrate our life with the 11 virtuous mental factors.

Everyone is welcome to join these classes any Wednesday in Surry Hills. Doors open at 7pm – no need to book.

Starts Wed 22 June
