Meditation & Modern Buddhism: Classes Across Sydney

Mondays · Tuesdays · Saturdays · from 12 September

When things go wrong, what do you blame? We all tend to blame the situation we’re in, the person who seems to be in our way, our circumstances, our boss, the bank, the weather….

Yet none of these things are our real problem. In reality, whatever problems we experience come from our own mind. Problems only arise for us when we react to difficult circumstances with a negative state of mind. Buddha taught that our own reactions create all our problems. If we respond to life’s challenges with a positive or peaceful mind they are not problems for us.

Join these weekly classes across Sydney to learn exactly what to do when things go wrong – and how you can reframe life’s difficulties and start to have no problems.

Starts from week beginning 12 September for four weeks. Come any week. Just $15.
