opinion, tough times and conflict is necessary for a happy life.

Discover practical tools and wisdom methods that will enable you to pacify tricky situations and resolve conflict at work or at home – allowing you to stay cool, calm and collected, and to respond to others in the most constructive way.

Come along for the whole course or drop-in any week to learn how to approach conflict with wisdom.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Lhachog, the Resident Teacher at KMC Sydney will teach this series of classes. With 25 years’ experience in meditation, Gen Lhachog explains Buddha’s teachings with sincerity and kindness, in a way that is clear and easy to apply to our daily life.
