Our Saturday & Sunday Workshops and Meditation Retreats are a chance to explore a topic in more depth and gain a real taste of inner peace – and our other special events provide inspiration and encouragement.
Everybody is welcome, regardless of your meditation experience.
We all want to feel good about ourselves but often feelings of self-doubt and inadequacy creep in, making it difficult to enjoy life. Buddha’s teachings show the way to an empowering confidence that enables us to accept ourself wholeheartedly. At this workshop learn to let go of the burden of self-consciousness and unhealthy self-criticism, and embrace a lighter, more compassionate, realistic sense of self.
