About the Course

Anxiety and stress can leave our minds feeling restless, overwhelmed and unable to switch off. Buddha taught that although difficult situations can trigger anxiety, its deeper causes lie within the mind. By understanding the thoughts and expectations that disturb our peace, we can begin to change our experience from within.

In this course, Gen Kelsang Lhachog will share practical Buddhist wisdom and guided meditations to help you understand your anxious mind, reduce stress and worry, and develop a calmer, more balanced way of responding to life.

Everyone welcome.
