Current series: Breaking Bad Habits | from 21 Oct
Next series: How to Navigate Difficult Relationships | from 25 Nov
Break free from the patterns that keep holding you back.
We all have habits we’d like to change. Maybe we overthink, become irritated too quickly, dwell on what went wrong, or find ourselves reacting in the same unhelpful ways again and again.
These patterns can feel like part of who we are, but they’re not. They are habits of mind, and habits can change.
In this meditation series, learn how to recognise the patterns that cause us problems and use meditation to develop healthier ways of thinking and responding.
By changing our mind, we can break free from old habits and experience greater peace, happiness and freedom.
Each class includes:
- a relaxing breathing meditation
- practical Buddhist teachings
- a second guided meditation related to the topic
- simple methods to use in daily life
No previous meditation experience is needed. Classes are suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators.
Everyone is welcome.
